Acceptance of terms
StoryBrick is operated by Mantas Snieckus (the seller, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using StoryBrick you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with Mantas Snieckus. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The service
StoryBrick generates draft e-commerce product listings from the details you provide. Generated copy is a starting point: you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, legal compliance and marketplace policy before publishing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single business entity.
Plans, quotas and billing
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of generations that resets at the start of each calendar month. Unused generations do not roll over. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle; to request one, visit paddle.net or contact our support team. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You may not use StoryBrick to generate misleading, unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive content, to create deepfakes or malware, to resell raw model access, or to attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape or reverse engineer the service. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use the outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for having the rights to the content you submit. We may moderate content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the product details you submit and of the listings generated for you. We retain ownership of the StoryBrick platform itself, including its software, documentation and branding.
AI output accuracy
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. It is provided as a draft and is not a substitute for professional, legal or regulatory advice; review outputs before relying on or publishing them.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
